Chocolate Sunflower Frosty
Healthy, delicious, cool refreshment
Oooo, it’s hot out there! Do you find yourself in need of something cold, something sweet, something…really-tasty-but-it-needs-to-be-healthy??
This is your go-to. Protein, lots of nutrients, greens, fruit- yet it tastes like the best milkshake of your life!
This recipe needs sunflower microgreens- you can substitute with others, but the sunflower gives it just that bit of nutty goodness with no overpowering ‘healthy’ taste😂. You can slip this by even your most green-averse picky eater!

I feel blending vegetables with chocolate is a very smart approach of blending health and taste.
I agree! The chocolate covers up the green, and even the picky kids love it! I love the extra nutrients in a summer favorite.
