Almost too easy to call a recipe, Fennel Water is a simple fresh fennel microgreen infusion



Fennel- 1000 years of medicinal use
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) is one of the most-used medicinal herbs in the world. Reported health benefits include:
-relieving flatulence
-encourage urination
-boost metabolism
-improve eyesight
-regulating appetite
-stimulate milk production in nursing women
-digestion issues
-reduce gas
-detoxifying the body
Fennel can be added to smoothies, added to sweet dishes (never cooked, always fresh and raw), sprinkled over ice cream or a frosted cake- or just eaten as a fresh treat. This is a favorite of many kids of all ages!
Fennel Water
Ingredients
- 1 handful Fennel Microgreens
- 10-20 oz Drinking water
Instructions
- There is no need to remove the seeds from the fennel greens. The seeds give extra flavor.
- Stir the fennel into the water and allow to sit for an hour or more.
- Enjoy!
