Fennel is in the carrot family, a native of the Mediterranean but now grown worldwide because of both it’s delicate taste and awesome nutrition. The full-grown bulb is often used in the kitchen, but once you try fennel microgreens you will no longer have to search for that wonderful flavor- you will be growing it on your windowsill.

Germination may take up to 8 days. Keep covered and weighted for 3 days, then remove the weight and flip the cover to allow good airflow. Remove cover as soon as germination occurs.
