Pea

8-14 days

Speckled peas microgreens are sweet and taste exactly like…peas! As in fresh pea pods. Vit’s A & C, iron, protein, calcium and a boatload of phytochemicals.

Sunflower

7-10 days

Nutty and slightly sweet, this sunflower is full of crunch and substance. Great in both sweet and savory dishes, it’s arguably the best eaten as a scrumptious snack.

Broccoli

8-12 days

Broccoli is an excellent microgreen. Not only one of the easiest crops to grow, it has a fabulous mild, fresh broccoli flavor. A great source of sulforaphane.

Super Booster Mix

8-12 days

A flavorful combination of broccoli, kale, red cabbage, kohlrabi, and arugula -all cruciferous microgreens that grow well together. A nutritious source of sulforaphane.

Radish

6-10 days

This is a striking microgreen with deep purple cotyledons, rosy stems, and bright, spicy radish flavor. HIghly nutritious and fast growing, it’s an all time best seller.

Buckwheat

7 to 14 days

Buckwheat grows tall quickly, and are delicate and pale green with a tangy, citrusy flavor. Not a wheat, but in the sorrel family, these are often referred to as buckwheat lettuce.

Alfalfa

Better known as a sprout, alfalfa is more nutritious- and MUCH safer to grow as a microgreen. Rich source of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients.

Shiso

Shiso, or Perilla, is a Japanese herb that has a unique, pleasant flavor- a mix of basil, mint, anise, and cinnamon. This medicinal edible should have a place in your micro garden.
