It is important to start with the right supplies. Avoid the ‘cutesy’ kits prevalent on Amazon that provide very limited supplies and no support.

Microgreens are versatile and can be easily incorporated into daily meals. They can be added to salads, smoothies, soups, sandwiches and so much more., making them a convenient option for enhancing nutritional intake. Cancer survivors should aim for a balanced diet, and microgreens can serve as a potent addition to a broader strategy of consuming diverse, nutrient-rich foods.
