Stuffed Celery

A healthy child-friendly stuffed celery

  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped microgreens
  • 2 Tbsp. finely grated carrot
  • 2 Tbsp. crushed pineapple
  • 1 tsp sugar or other sweetener (optional)
  • 2 Celery stalks


  • Wash and dry the celery stalks, and with an adults help, cut into appropriate size lengths
  • Mix the filling ingredients together with a fork.
  • Fill the celery stalks with the filling.
  • Top with your choice of toppings- raisins, dried cranberries, pineapple, additional microgreens, nuts, or seeds- be creative!
