An experienced teacher of all ages, Margo has over 20 years experience with the ins and outs of growing microgreens both for home and market. Specializing in teaching adults and youth to use microgreens as a way to easily add nutrition to meals, Margo will inspire your group to take that micro step that will make a difference physically and mentally.
Leave this lively, fun class with the knowledge and skills to grow microgreens in your home, school, or office. All courses are hands-on and include trays, seeds, and soil. Each participant will go home with a tray of microgreens, recipes to experiment with, and complete instructions to continue their microgreen journey.
Classes are available both in-person and online.
